Here are the most common issues with logging in:
If you're not on your communities WiFi you won't be able to log in, make sure you're connected and try again.
If you've created an account with us in the past with your current email, you won't be able to make a new account with that same email. Recover your old account here.
If this doesn't work, send our support team a message, please specify the email that you would like to create an account with. Contact support.
Ensure you're using the mobile app, this is the only place you can view your personal account in depth. To download the mobile app click here for Apple devices and here for Android devices
Navigate to the 'Schedule' section of the mobile app. Click the button called 'View Earlier' at the top. You should be able to see past shifts if you continue to scroll upwards. Continue to click 'View Earlier' to access older dates.

Navigate to the 'Time Off' section of the mobile app. Click the button called 'View Older'. You should be able to see all past vacation requests
Navigate to the 'Settings' section (with the gear icon). The 'Log out' button is under the 'Save Changes' button.
