See below for steps on how to use Huddle.
Go to Huddle on your phone or iPad, enter your username and password combination, and press ‘Submit.’
If you have issues logging in, click ‘Forgot password’ to recover your account. Then, simply add your email and you’ll get an email with the account information and steps to reset your password.
Navigate to the schedule portion of the app. You can see your upcoming times by scrolling down, or, to see shifts scheduled in the past, click ‘view earlier’.
Scheduled shifts will be within a white box, indicating the start and end times. You can clock in by clicking them (on the day of the shift) and swiping.
Under the Schedule section, you’ll see the times you’re scheduled to work; there are two ways to clock in. The first is to select a shift on the day you’re working it and swipe to clock in. The other is to hit ‘+ Unplanned shift’ on the top right and swipe to clock in.
To clock out, open the live shift (viewable in your schedule) and swipe.
If you’re using the iPad version of the app, clock in and press the ‘Start shift’ or ‘End shift’ button to track your time.
Your manager can send you announcements through texts, email, and the app. You’ll get texts or emails from your manager as you usually would.
For in-app messages, log in to your account and navigate to the ‘Announcements’; they’ll be sorted from newest on top to oldest at the bottom.
You can request leave time in Huddle. To do this, navigate to ‘Time Off’ in the app, then click ‘Request time off’ in the top right. Next, select leave type, start and end time, and add a reason (optional). When you’ve completed this, click ‘Submit,’ and your manager will get notified.
You can see active requests in the Time Off section. If you want to see past submissions, click ‘View older’.
